There are short-term administrative changes in the UK, with visa applications submitted using online visa application system between 25th and 29th May subject to possible delays, caused by the installation of a new IT system. The long-term aim of the new system is to improve the quality of service and speed of application processing, but for those fiancée, partner and spouse visa applications made during the installation period, delays may exceed the processing targets advertised.
