Coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic update: Marriagevisahelp.com is here for you!

Published: 23/03/2020

Dear Clients and Friends:

Currently, countries all across the globe have been forced to deal with the realities and fears associated with the outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID-19). We have great sympathy for all affected by this virus and we are preparing for what may continue to develop in the coming weeks and months. The COVID-19 pandemic is presenting a historic and unprecedented challenge to each of us. Our greatest hope is that all of you and your families get through this critical period healthy with the least damage possible.

Since January, we have been closely monitoring the virus and enhancing our procedures. With rapid announcements and the situation changing on a daily basis, we have been constantly impressed by the way our clients have adapted, and how quickly we have come to terms with new and different ways of living and working. That said, the impact is being felt by our clients as not everyone is able to apply for a partner or marriage visa at the moment due to closures of local visa application centres around the world triggered by the coronavirus pandemic, so at Marriagevisahelp.com, we are overseeing measures that will ensure our services continue to meet our clients’ needs.

Last week we switched to remote work entirely and we all work from the safety of our homes now. To make things easier all Marriagevisahelp.com employees were encouraged to take company’s equipment home, so that they can create a comfortable and efficient work space. At the moment we continue to run our operations as normal and we do not anticipate any disruption. We are doing our best to ensure the usual availability, quality and speed of our service. However, we would like to thank you for your understanding in case of occasional delays in our customer service. After all, this is an extraordinary situation and it might take us some time until we get fully used to it. We continue to closely monitor the situation and evaluate additional measures to support our clients as need arises. Rest assured that we can still work together remotely and handle your immigration matters. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us as usual. We are available online or by phone during our regular business hours.

Obviously, these are not normal circumstances. Please take good care of yourself and your loved ones during these uncertain and unprecedented times. Stay safe. Be patient and kind. There is no better time to strengthen our bonds, to help each other through this storm, and come out the other side stronger. Our thoughts are with each of you and hoping that you and your families stay healthy. We will get to the other side of this – if we stand together and remain vigilant.

With best regards,
Marriagevisahelp.com Team
