Initial consultation and eligibility assessment
This preliminary step involves the collection of information and analysing the facts of your specific case to determine whether you, as a sponsor, and your foreign fiancee, as an applicant, meet the basic eligibility requirements to qualify for a subclass 300 prospective marriage visa. Our immigration consultants will make a determination on your eligibility within 24 hours of initial contact. All initial consultations with our immigration specialists are provided at no cost to you.

Retaining our services
If we determine that your loved one is eligible to apply for a visa, we will send you further information explaining how to engage our services. You will receive our start-up material, along with information about our fees and acceptable methods of payment. We will not agree to represent you or ask you to pay a fee unless we are confident that you and your fiancee, partner or spouse meet the basic requirements to qualify for a visa.
Receiving detailed instructions
Immediately after you hire our firm, we will send you our instructions via e-mail or by express mail if you do not have Internet access. Included in these instructions will be an outline of the documents required for the visa application process, and your login name and password to access our online case management system, which is designed to keep you updated on the current status of your case around the clock, regardless of your location or time zone. At this point, we will contact your fiancee to inform her of any information or documentation that may be required from her. If necessary, we will call your fiancee and answer her questions in English, Spanish, Chinese, Thai, Tagalog, or Russian.
Document gathering
You and your fiancee will need to gather all the required documents and send them to us for processing. In the interest of expediting the submission of your visa application, you can send us your paperwork by fax or via e-mail, or to upload your documents by using our case management system. This reflects our “we do not waste a day” policy.
Form preparation
Once we have received all of your documents, we will prepare your visa application forms in accordance with the highest professional standards. All applications are prepared by our senior immigration consultants on the same day we receive the requested paperwork.
Signing the forms
To reduce waiting times, we will e-mail your visa application forms to you and your fiancee, or you may download them from our online case management system. You and your fiancee will need to print the forms, sign, and mail them back to us along with any required original documentation. If you do not have Internet access, we will deliver your application forms to you by express mail. We use DHL, UPS, or TNT courier services.
Submission
Unless we schedule an appointment for your fiancee to lodge her application in person, we will submit your case to the appropriate Australian Embassy on the same day we receive the signed application forms. We will make every possible effort to ensure that your application forms and any supporting documentation are complete, accurate and easy to review, encouraging the Embassy official to approve your application as quickly as possible.
Continued monitoring and correspondence with
Australian Embassy
Once submitted, we will provide you with regular updates about the status of your case. This includes informing you when the Embassy confirms receipt of your case, advising you of any requests for you or your fiancee to appear for an initial interview, and providing any other information that is relevant to your application. We will personally handle all telephone, e-mail, fax and mail correspondence with the Australian Embassy on your behalf.
Full pre-interview preparation
The interview is the most crucial part of the migrant visa process. Our immigration consultants will ensure your spouse or fiancee is fully prepared for this important event. This includes ensuring your loved one brings all the required supporting documents to the interview, and that she or he is relaxed and mentally prepared for what the interview entails. By arranging to speak with your loved one over the phone, or meeting in person a few days prior to the interview, we will make certain she or he is as relaxed and confident as possible.
Visa interview
We will inform you when and where your fiancee’s interview will take place. On the day of the interview, your case representative will be available via mobile phone outside of normal business hours to answer any last minute questions.
Visa approval
We will inform you as soon as we receive an official electronic confirmation of your visa approval (click here to see a sample approval notice) and explain to your fiancee how to send a passport to the Embassy for visa endorsement. The visa will be issued as soon as the Consulate has finalised all the necessary administrative processing.
