Flat (fixed) fee

We represent our clients on a flat fee basis. A flat rate is a one-rate payment to cover all of the costs of handling a specific immigration matter. We believe that the value of professional services is enhanced by instilling predictability in the cost of these services. No matter how much time it takes, the client receives the full value of the representation at a set, predictable cost. You pay no additional fees for our professional services no matter how long it takes the immigration authorities to process your application. All of our clients are entitled to unlimited phone and e-mail consultations with our immigration professionals as we pursue their case.  

No hidden costs

We do not bill our clients for routine administrative and clerical expenses associated with obtaining a fiancee  or marriage visa, such as local postage, telephone expenses, copying documents, and the hundreds of other petty charges that other professional service firms routinely add to their invoices. Two instalments

We usually bill our fees in two instalments, unlike most other immigration consulting firms that typically charge the full amount up front. We will require a reasonable down payment of up to 50% of the total fee. The remaining balance will be due once your application is ready for submission.
