"We are sincerely grateful for the guidance and support we received from your firm as we went through the visa process. We can't thank you enough for all of your hard work, none of this could have been possible without your help!"
When we help our clients with their wife, husband and unmarried partner visa applications, we not only strive to treat our clients the way we would expect to be treated, but we also believe all of our clients are entitled to receive outstanding service at affordable rates. Therefore, we sincerely desire to keep our fees as low as possible. The satisfaction of our clients is our top priority, and we believe in establishing fees that are competitive and fair.
Our flat fee covers virtually every step of the complicated visa application process. This includes gathering information, due diligence, preparing and submitting application forms, and following up and coordinating with the appropriate government agencies. We will work with you until your loved one obtains a visa, and we do everything humanly possible to make sure you get your visa application approved quickly. Aside from all that, we spend an extensive amount of time with our clients to ensure that they understand all specific aspects of applying for a wife, husband, de facto partner, or same sex partner (interdependency) visasfor entry into New Zealand. We will never ask you to pay any additional fees later in the process. There are no hidden charges, no surprises, no frustrations and no complaints.
No hidden costs
We do not bill our clients for routine administrative and clerical expenses associated with the process of obtaining a fiancee or marriage visa, such as postage, telephone expenses, copying documents, courier services, and the hundreds of other petty charges that most other professional service firms routinely add on to their invoices.
For your convenience, we usually bill our fees in two installments, unlike most other immigration consulting firms that charge the full amount up front. Each payment is made after specific tasks have been completed. When we are initially hired to represent you, we ask for a reasonable down payment of up to 50% of the total fee. The remaining balance is paid once your case is ready for submission.
Money back guarantee
We undertake all of our fiancee, partner and spousal visa cases on a money back guarantee basis. If we are unable to obtain a visa for our client, we provide a full refund of the client’s fee. We will never ask you to pay a fee or agree to represent you, unless we are confident that we will be successful in obtaining your visa.
