Canadian permanent resident visa application process
Initial consultation and eligibility assessment
Within 24 hours, our qualified immigration specialists can tell you whether you and your spouse or partner meet the basic requirements to be eligible for a Canadian permanent resident visa. This initial determination about your eligibility is provided free of charge.
Retaining our services
If we determine that you meet the visa eligibility requirements, we will inform you about how you can employ us as your representatives. You will receive our contract, as well as information about fees and methods of payment. No money will be requested from you unless we are quite certain we can obtain your visa.
Receiving detailed instructions from us
If you decide to hire our services, we will send you specific instructions about how to proceed with the application process. This is preferably done through e-mail, but we can also send information by express mail. We will inform you of the documents we require, and you will also be given a login name and personal password so you can access our online case management system. Any information that we need from your spouse or partner will also be requested at this stage. We have immigration consultants who are fluent in several languages, and we are more than happy to have one of our representatives speak to your loved one in his/her native language. We speak English, Spanish, Chinese, Thai, Tagalog, and Russian.
Gathering the required documents
To speed up the submission of your application, we ask that you and your foreign spouse or partner upload the necessary paperwork using our online case management system. You may also e-mail or fax the required documentation. Receiving these documents quickly is an important part of our “we do not waste a day” policy. This will allow us to prepare and submit your application quickly and efficiently.
Form preparation
One of our senior immigration consultants will prepare your application on the same day that we receive all necessary paperwork from you and your loved one. Rest assured that all documentation is prepared accurately and in accordance with the highest professional standards.
Signing the forms
After your application has been prepared, you will be required to sign several immigration forms and submit original documentation. To allow us to file your application quickly, we will e-mail any forms to you and your loved one. You may also download the forms from our online case management system. If neither of these is an option, we can use DHL, UPS, or TNT courier service to send forms by express mail. All forms must be signed and returned to us for submission along with any required original documentation.
Submission
An application for a Canadian permanent resident visa may be submitted to different locations, depending on a number of factors, including whether your spouse or partner is currently residing in Canada. The day that we receive your signed forms and original documentation, we will submit your application to the appropriate Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) Case Processing Center. All applications prepared by us are thorough, accurate, and easy to review, which can speed up approval times for your case.

Continued monitoring and correspondence with
Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC)
and Canadian Embassy
Our dedication to your case does not stop once your application has been submitted. You will be provided with regular updates about your application. This includes informing you when we receive confirmation that your application has been accepted for processing, informing you about requests for a selection interview, and providing you with any other information relevant to your case. Any correspondence with the CIC Case Processing Center and Canadian Consulate, whether through telephone, e-mail, or fax, will be personally handled by us on your behalf.
Full pre-interview preparation
If a selection marriage visa interview is required, we will thoroughly prepare your loved one for this often stressful experience. This includes ensuring your spouse or partner brings all required documents to the interview, and that s/he is mentally prepared for what the interview entails. By corresponding with your wife, husband, or partner through phone, or meeting in person, we will fully prepare her/him and make sure s/he is as relaxed and confident as possible.
Marriage Visa interview
The time, date, and location of the interview will be related to you as soon as we receive the confirmation. No matter where or in what time zone your spouse or partner lives, one of our representatives will be able to be contacted by cell phone on the day of the interview. If any last minute questions arise, we can answer them before the selection interview occurs.
Visa approval
When we are advised electronically of visa approval, we will inform you immediately. Along with any final processing, you may also be required to send a passport to the Canadian Embassy, unless this has been done at an earlier stage. After any final processing has been completed, a permanent resident visa will be issued.
Post visa service
After your loved one has been granted permanent residency status, they may wish to apply for further immigration benefits. We are pleased to assist your spouse or partner in their attempts to secure these additional benefits.
